At Quinte West Youth Center, we are developing our next strategic plan, and we are inviting youth, community members, parents, caregivers, and families to help shape our direction.

Your perspective can help us better understand the changing needs of young people and families, opportunities for collaboration, service gaps, and the role QWYC can play within the broader community.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes. Your honest and constructive feedback will help us make informed decisions about our priorities, partnerships, programs, and future development.

Community engagement sessions

  • Thursday, September 17, 6:00 pm – Youth session (drop-in)
  • Friday, September 18, 1:00 pm – Staff session
  • Monday, September 28, 5:00 pm – Parents & Caregivers session, with dinner (register by emailing ed@qwyc.ca)

The strategic planning process is led by Chameleon Collective, with lead consultant Jackie Dales. All survey results go to Jackie directly and are not seen by QWYC staff or board.
